We believe in supporting people to achieve their best, and in reaching their full potential, we believe that people can and will contribute to improving their self and their country at large. In our view, the most effective form of that support is providing a stepping stone for youths, to support what they stand for, to build long-standing, supportive partnerships through helping them to meet their needs, and thereby empowering them to build their country to be competitive, locally and globally.

In Jamaica, we intend to form long-term partnerships with summer work and travel agencies being responsive and effective in addressing changing needs and ensure there are sufficient personnel and principles in place to effectively and efficiently provide financially support.
